Chen Style Tai Chi Quan Practical Method
1. Chen Style Tai Chi Quan Practical Method Yilu (The First Routine)
After completion of Tai Chi in 20 Lesson program, you are ready to continue studying the entire Yilu, which has a total 81 forms. This requires a minimum of 20 lessons.
A Certificate of Completion of Yilu will be awarded after a practical test.
After Yilu certification, you also can choose to study straight sword or Cannon Fist. Each requires 20 lessons. A certificate of completion of Cannon Fist and a certificate of completion of straight sword will be awarded after a practical test.

3. Chen Style Tai Chi Quan Practical Method Straight Sword
After the completion of Yilu, you are qualified to enter into the teacher's training program, which includes a detailed review of Tai Chi in 20 Lessons and the practicum. A minimum of 20 contact hours is required. A level one teacher's certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the program, which authorizes you to teach Tai Chi in 20 Lessons.
You can apply the level two teacher's certificate, which authorizes you to teach the entire Yilu, upon the completion of either the straight sword or Cannon Fist.
Push Hand/Martial Application
Further study of Practical Method for martial application in the form of push hand. A minimum of 20 contact hours of Master Chen Zhonghua's workshop is required.
All advanced studies are one-on- one based to ensure your individual growth and to get fully understanding of the Practical Method.
You are encouraged to participate in weekly group practice, and participate in Master Chen Zhonghua's workshops whenever is possible.
