Based on my years of studying and teaching, this program is for people who have never studied Tai Chi before, yet in a relatively short peoriod of time, they can grasp the essence of Tai Chi and get most of the benefits from practicing Tai Chi correctly. Hopefully, this initial Tai Chi experience will open the pathway to an optimum and balanced way of living and health.

Each lesson is one hour long. Recommend two lessons a week. In two and half months, you will learn the basics of Tai Chi and have the confidence to continue to practice. You are also ready to further your study of Tai Chi with a solid foundation of body/ mind awareness and connection.
